Also contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling distinct sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
